Finney's Excavation and Land Services

At Finney's Excavation and Land Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”), customer satisfaction is a top priority. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, credits, or adjustments may be issued for services rendered.

2. Free Estimates

All estimates provided through our website or on-site consultations are free of charge. Customers are not obligated to proceed with services after receiving a quote.

3. Service Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid potential fees.

4. Refunds

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Services were not completed due to company error.

  • A mutual agreement between the customer and Finney's Excavation and Land Services regarding service issues.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation of the issue.

5. Adjustments and Service Corrections

In many cases, we may offer service corrections, adjustments, or partial refunds instead of a full refund. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.

6. Limitations

  • Refunds are not issued for changes in customer preferences after services have been completed.

  • Weather conditions, natural obstructions, or other external factors that affect service completion are not eligible for refunds.
